Over 3+ inspiring days at Thrive Yoga, you'll deepen your practice through advanced live Sound Immersion training in community, one-on-one mentorship, and extensive hands-on experience with professional-quality instruments.
Designed for graduates of Level I or practitioners with previous experience, this training helps you refine your sequencing, strengthen your practitioner presence, and develop the confidence to create sound experiences that are distinctly your own.

Daily live Sound Baths and guided listening experiences with rare and premium instruments that few practitioners have the opportunity to play
Expand your understanding of sound, vibration, harmonics, resonance, and the science that supports your work
New play techniques and instrument practice including two-handed play, layering, body grids, private session applications
