Susan Mondi Bowen and Maddie Watkins created the Momentum Costa Rica Retreat to support vibrant living, meaningful connection and fun.

Having spent extensive time retreating and exploring Costa Rica, Maddie and Susan have thoughtfully created your next retreat in community with like-minded friends. From the beachfront villa and welcoming beach town to the excursions, wellness experiences, and hidden local favorites, every detail has been chosen through firsthand experience.

Throughout the week, you'll move your body every day with yoga and strength training;  practice breathwork and meditation; enjoy beach walks, and longevity-focused conversations that inspire healthier living long after you return home.     • Book your flight to Liberia Guanacaste International Airport, also known as LIR.

    • Plan to arrive at LIR in time for group transportation to the Retreat Center.

    • If you are unable to make the group transportation, you may arrange and pay for private transport at the airport.

    • We recommend booking your airfare at the same time you reserve your Momentum Retreat space with Thrive Yoga.

    • This helps ensure your preferred flight is available and aligned with group transportation.

    • If airport pick-up and drop-off are provided, all traveler information is required.

    • Please submit your full name, cell phone number, airline, flight numbers, arrival time, and departure time.

    • This information is required 10 days prior to arrival.

    • No refunds for the Momentum Retreat will be granted for any reason, including travel changes and restrictions.

    • Please review the detailed client master services agreement on your receipt and in your Thrive online account.

    • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

    • Travel insurance may help protect your investment if you need to cancel.

    • Recommended coverage may include travel delays, weather delays, personal property loss, emergency travel medical, and "cancel for any reason" coverage.

    • Please review all policies carefully and choose the coverage that best fits your needs.
