In a candlelit room, Susan and Johanna will create a celebratory atmosphere for you to relax, stretch, breathe, and receive the vibrational healing of Sound Bath and Reiki.

Stretching postures open the body to receive the increased pranic flow of breathing. As you begin to daydream about the year ahead, we will guide you to warm comfort with props and eye pillows to be relaxed and open to the Sound Bath. Experience therapeutic sound and Reiki to bring you into vibrational harmony – your natural state for 2020. The Sound Bath will be a harmony of gongs, crystal bowls, bells, chimes, tuning forks, and other instruments played by Susan and Johanna simultaneously.

A light snack and mineral water will be served as a toast to a new year of life and love!
