Susan has studied several different styles of yoga, meditation and flow “energetics,” including ISHTA Yoga; Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, Anusara & Kundalini. Susan is the Director of Teacher Training for Thrive Yoga and explores yoga teaching techniques and assisting techniques in several styles to understand how to reach all types of students with all levels of practice and interest! Susan teaches yoga because it is fun, it helps her personally to flow but mostly because it feels like the right path NOW.
