In addition to offering daily yoga classes to our community, Thrive also provides services to enhance and support your yoga lifestyle.

Childcare: Trying to get to class but having trouble finding a babysitter? Take advantage of our onsite child's playroom, complete with attendants to engage your child while you take a class.

Private Instruction: Tailored one-on-one or semi-private sessions that focus on your specific needs - from deepening your existing practice or learning new asanas, healing an injury, exploring mediation or developing new eating patterns. Learn more or look at our brochure.

Boutique: A great place to shop for gifts for your yoga friends or for yourself, we carry unique products to inspire and support the practice we love. Gifts certificates available.

Thrive Yoga Parties: Thrive Yoga can host your next special birthday (kids & adults), Bridal/Baby Shower or Special Event. Thrive Yoga is 4,000 square feet of nature-inspired fun with waterfalls, castlerock walls, a giant banyan tree canopy, river rock floors, making for a unique and wondrous party atmosphere.

Community: The Thrive Karma Yoga Program is our way of being an active and responsible part of our growing community. Community outreach programs and events are sponsored by Thrive Yoga with participation from our staff, teachers and our students.
