Time to Play the Yoga Way
Our Kid’s Yoga Series are developmentally appropriate Yoga classes designed for children to explore the principles of yoga in a playful environment.
Ages 3- 5
Young kids will gain gross and fine motor skills while improving focus with directed yoga based games. In addition, they’ll experience relaxation and fun in a safe and open environment.
Children will learn fun and challenging poses, group/partner poses, yoga games as well as beginner breathing and visualization techniques.
Class is designed to build strength and flexibility as kids have the opportunity to gain a deeper sense of body awareness. Students can expect flowing sequences, balancing poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.
