Private Sessions Cancellation
and Late Policy

All private sessions must be cancelled by phone 24 hours prior to appointment time by calling 301-294-0642 or call the teacher directly.

If sessions are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time, the client will be charged 25% of the full cost of the session.

If the client does not show up for the scheduled private session, the client will be charged 100% of the full cost of the session.

The client will provide a credit card number at the time of booking the appointment, which will be charged in the case of cancellation within 24 hours or the client not showing up for the appointment.

Please call the studio at 301-294-9642 or the teacher directly if you are going to be late. Leave a message if you receive voicemail.

If the client arrives late for any reason, the client will be charged for the entire scheduled appointment time and the appointment will end at the scheduled ending time.

If the client is 15 minutes or more late without calling, the client will be charged for the full session and the teacher will be released from the appointment.
