Yoga Instruction

One-on-One instruction or small group (bring a friend) instruction for just about any reason that is important to you! Great for new students or students who desire detailed instruction about an aspect of their practice.

Yoga Therapy

Recover from physical injury, reduce insomnia or manage a chronic condition using specific yoga postures and breathing techniques to support healing and alleviate symptoms – might make all the difference to your quality of life. Do you have a medical condition that you are managing? Are you suffering from an injury that just won’t heal fast enough? A uniquely trained and qualified yoga therapist will design customized practices encompassing body, breath and mind work that you can integrate into your life.

In-class Private Instruction

One-on-One assists and instruction during a regular yoga class. Dedicated hands-on assistance throughout a regularly scheduled yoga class will help you deepen your practice, ease into poses, release fears, and support you in unsteady moments. Do you just LOVE hands-on adjustments? Interested in deepening your postures? An in-class individual session is right for you! Schedule an in-class private and an assistant will work with you hands-on through the 90-minute practice helping you with proper alignment, helping you deepen and release into the asanas and into your breath.

Meditation Instruction

Learn meditation techniques to calm down and de-stress. Instructors will explore a style of meditation that fits your individual disposition and objectives. Curious about meditation but cannot sit still? Do you go to meditate and find yourself doing laundry? Hatha Yoga is often thought of as a series of postures, but the postures are meant to prepare us for the journey of meditation. In a private meditation session you will learn simple meditation techniques to use on your own or in a group class at Thrive.

Chakra and Vibrational Flow (Mapping) Treatment with Dr. Zoe Marae

Dr. Zoe Marae will shift vibration flow by identifying and rerouting subconscious patterns of energy drain and through hands-on treatment fill the body with vibrational energy. The result is higher awareness and optimized vitality. It is recommended but not required to attend one of her lectures before a treatment.
