Thrive Yoga is located in the Woodmont Station Shopping Center on Rockville Pike, between West Edmonston Drive and Congressional Lane. We are on the west side of Rockville Pike, across from Best Buy and the VOB Car dealership and south of the Woodmont Country Club.

Parking is free and ample.

Metro Access
The closest Metro station is the redline Twinbrook station. Exit the station towards Rockville Pike (to the right when exiting the turnstiles). Cross the parking lot and turn right to walk along Chapman Avenue. Cross Chapman Avenue at the stop signs and walk along Halpine Street until you reach Rockville Pike. Cross Rockville Pike. Turn right and walk along Rockville Pike until you reach the studio. It is approximately a 15 minute walk. Please see map for further detail.

Bus Access
Ride On bus route 46 services Rockville Pike and stops in front of the studio. This bus also connects the Twinbrook metro stop to Thrive.

Driving Directions:
From Potomac: Take Falls Road toward Rockville. Turn right onto Wooton Parkway. Make a right onto Rockville Pike. You will pass the Woodmont Country Club and take the next right into Woodmont Station shopping center.

From Bethesda: Take 355 North towards Rockville. Continue north on Rockville Pike until Congressional Lane. We are about 1/4 mile north of Congressional Lane on the left hand side. You will need to make a U-turn on the Pike to enter Woodmont Station shopping center.

An alternative to Rockville Pike is 270 N to Montrose Road East. Take the Montrose Road exit and follow signs to Tower Oaks Blvd. Make a left onto Tower Oaks Blvd. Make a right onto Wooton Parkway. Make a right onto Rockville Pike. After you pass the Woodmont Country Club take the next right into the Woodmont Station shopping center.

From Gaithersburg: Take 270 South to Falls Road West (towards Potomac). Take the first left onto Wooton Parkway. Make a right onto Rockville Pike. Pass the Woodmont Country Club and take the next right into Woodmont Station shopping center.
