Thank you so much for getting Paulie ( Master Paulie Zink) out here. I have been wanting to study with him for almost seven years now. His workshop was fantastic and answered many, many questions that I have had. The group was great. I really enjoyed meeting and talking with the people I met there. I do not go to many workshops and am so happy that I attended this one.

I have been on an active journey of self-discovery and spiritual searching for about fifteen years now. I’ve attended silent meditation retreats, practiced Ashtanga yoga and internal martial arts, had more physical therapy and psychotherapy, chiropractic and body work than I can count, walked in the Avon three-day for breast cancer, and visited Macchu Picchu in Peru. In all of those experiences, I didn’t make the loving connection with my body and mind that I did at Thrive in the last six weeks. What I didn’t expect was the sheer generosity of the staff and the emphasis on mindfully listening to your body. My husband said that the best thing I’ve done is that (40 Day Revolution) program. He said it helped me restore some balance, focus on me and what’s important, rather than it always being about work, work, work. And he thinks I look great! People have said to me that they’ve noticed a difference in me since that program. They find me in a better mood, more patient, lighter, less intense. Just overall easier to work with (which tells you a little bit about how I was before!). It really was an incredible experience. I’m trying to hold onto it as best I can.
