We are seeking a driven Full-Time Membership Sales Representative who enjoys engaging with new students and sharing exciting yoga and wellness related classes and offerings.

About us:

Thrive Yoga began over 14 years ago as the first yoga studio in Rockville. We provide yoga techniques and wellness to the local community. Since our opening, we’ve grown and evolved into a thriving community offering over 60 classes a week in a variety of styles from hot yoga, aerial, beginner yoga, restorative, Thai Massage, Reiki, prenatal, postnatal, and more. We teach hundreds of workshops and events a year that delve into different modalities. We host 4 Yoga Alliance Certified 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings per year, and one 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training per year. Our community consists of everyday people from every walk of life that choose yoga as a venue of growth, laughter, community and continued self-awakening. Join our tribe.

Full- Time Account Manager Duties include:

  • Proven track record of success at meeting and exceeding membership sales goals

  • Previous membership sales experience/ gym membership sales experience
  • Enhanced skills for building rapport

Account Manager Duties include:

  • Ensure the studio revenue/retention goals are met and exceeded monthly/yearly
  • Convert new students into dedicated members and pass holders
  • Proactively engage current clients during your designated shifts and enroll them into upcoming events and trainings tailored to their interest.
  • Memorize and clearly articulate all of our programs and varied pricing options
  • Upgrade and refine our current systems of retention.
  • Execute and evolve our plan of action for meeting studio retention and revenue goals.
  • Generate and Contact designated leads list

The qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, be highly computer savvy, have strong rapport building skills, be inspirational, and work well in a small business and creative team environment.

Salary: $40000 + quarterly bonus opportunities. 

Seva Yogi

A different kind of currency. Lovingly trade your time and effort for free yoga packages at our studio. In doing this work, you will be able to experience some of the behind the scenes of yoga business while getting a closer peek into our community. In Studio Option:  In this position, you will be asked to support our front desk staff by:

  • Attending to new students who need tours
  • Answering general questions from students
  • Completing studio maintenance tasks
  • Special projects as assigned by the Thrive Yoga Team

Hours: 

  • Evenings 4:30-9:30 pm
  • Weekends 7:30- 2 pm or 2-7 pm
