What Families Need To Know
Family Yoga is designed to provide an enriching experience for children from crawlers to teens!
We offer a variety of group and private sessions, appropriately modified for your child's age.
Mommy & Me Yoga
Crawlers to 3 years
Engage with your baby in a fun and unique way! Mommy & Me Yoga students can expect a nice mix of yoga and play. Animated poses, music, and props are used throughout the class to engage both mommy and baby!
Young Kids Yoga
This is a playful practice for toddlers to enjoy the benefits of yoga! Silly games, simple yoga poses, music and breathing techniques will be explored throughout the class. Children will have the opportunity to socialize with peers and increase motor skills and flexibility.
Children will learn fun and challenging poses, group/partner poses, yoga games as well as beginner breathing and visualization techniques.
Middle School Yoga
Class is designed to build strength and flexibility as kids have the opportunity to gain a deeper sense of body awareness. Students can expect flowing seqences, balancing poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.
Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and body. Students can expect flowing yoga sequences with special attention to proper alignment, meditation and relaxation techniques will be also be explored.
