Policies

• All series passes are non-transferable, non-shareable, and non-refundable . No freezes, refunds, extensions, or transfers on ANY class series.
• Please note that all class series are offered at a significant discount to yogis who commit to a certain number of classes within a month. This is our way of rewarding you for a regular practice. Please respect and honor this policy and enjoy the savings offered for your dedication.
• Full-time students, teachers, and seniors (65+) with valid ID receive a 15% discount on all series; discount not valid for Single Classes, Workshops, special events or retail merchandise.
• Payment is expected in full prior to class attendance. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, checks, and all major debit or credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover
  and AMEX).

Autopay

• AutoPay automatically charges your debit or credit card on the same date every month and allows you to attend unlimited monthly classes with no hassle of remembering when to buy another series.  If you practice 2 times a week, the cost per class is just over $14 - 3 times a week, just under $10!
• To enroll in AutoPay, just stop by our reception desk to fill out a simple form and provide your card number.   AutoPay cannot be purchaed online.
• There is a 3-month minimum commitment for AutoPay.  Should you cancel before the 3-month minimum, you will be charged for the remaining months.
• Worried about vacations or travel?  AutoPay can be frozen one-time per year for up to 6 months.
• To freeze or cancel AutoPay, a completed request form must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance of your next billing date in order for your request to be effective from the following month.
