As a mother of two children who are now in college, Rhonda, a self-confessed ‘late starter’ to the yoga world feels that good alignment, understanding and safety go hand in hand on the wellness journey. Her life long interest in alternative treatment modalities, and 15 years of nursing, with a specialty in Cardiology has drawn her to an integrative approach to wellness. She believes that there is a yoga for everyone.
Rhonda teaches a medium paced Hatha and Vinyasa style class, focused on breath and alignment, while encouraging students to explore, follow their instincts and listen deeply to their own inner guidance. She incorporates an eclectic playlist of music from around the globe, particularly from her native homeland , New Zealand.
