Libby first started practicing yoga in 2004 when she was in college in Ithaca, NY. She has practiced multiple styles of yoga since recently graduated from the Thrive Yoga Teacher Training. Her background in physical therapy and dance have provided her with a deep understanding of movement and the physical body. She feels yoga teaches her the tools she needs to live a more balanced life. Among these tools is the ability to be more reflective and less reactive, fully present.

Yoga has had such a profound influence in Libby’s life, and her goal is to share this with her students. Her hope is that her classes will leave you feeling relaxed, like you can breath more freely, like you can move more freely, and that you will be able to approach whatever the next moment brings with a peaceful and calm state of mind.
