Jane Stelboum
Jane Stelboum, RYT200, teaches with a blend of confidence and compassion.Jane is an outreach rep for the Alzheimer’s Research Prevention Foundation and has developed a workshop and practice to help maintain a healthy mind and body, using a kirtan kriya meditative practice studied by the foundation. She’s been practicing yoga most of her life but it was her experience in the inaugural 40 Days to a Personal Revolution here at Thrive, where she learned how an ongoing practice of pranayama, meditation and asana truly affects her life, and how that has changed her relationship with the lives around her.
As an executive in the advertising and marketing field, Jane brings her communication and leadership skills to the yoga studio. She inspires her students to find presence and balance on and off the mat through the combination of vinyasa flow, challenging poses, breath awareness and meditation. You’ll find her supportive and encouraging regardless of your level of practice. Her hands-on adjustments help you feel proper alignment and allow you to go deeper into the poses. Jane believes that yoga is more than a physical practice but a mind-set that we can carry with us throughout our daily lives.
