Enjoy learning about yoga for you. Yoga Rookie is perfect for you if you are new to yoga, desire to learn the basics or haven’t practiced in a while and want to make the transition back to a regular practice.

You will be guided through
- The beginner and fun postures (asanas) with attention to proper alignment
- Breathing techniques (pranayama)
- De-stress, concentration and meditation
- The benefits of yoga
- Why does yoga work?
- The different styles of yoga practice and which one is right for you
- Using yoga for wellness and fitness
You also will learn how to adapt yoga postures to your ability and body type and how to use props for a more enjoyable practice.
