Hot Vinyasa for Beginners

Learn yoga and the elements of what makes a hot yoga practice unique.  Recommended for students who believe that they are “tight” or who are new to  yoga and heated yoga.The Yoga Room is heated to 85 degrees to help open the body and increase circulation. Basic vinyasa sequences. Student will learn how to concentrate and flow. Expect to sweat!
