Flow and Restore

A Yin/Yang Practice.  Both active and passive-perfect for finding balance. Tap into  prana ( life force energy)  as you  journey through a series of asanas ( postures)  to revitalize AND to cultivate relaxation. A seamless combination of slow Vinyasa Flow (moving sequences and deep breathing) and  Restorative Yoga (stillness, deep stretch, and relaxation).   Perfect for all levels of practice.  Teachers will guide you at a comfortable pace and use props to support holding postures for gaining flexibility and calm.
