Finding the Right Classes
Our teacher’s are trained to assist you in the selection of classes to meet your expectations. Ask us! You can “drop-in” to more than 30 original classes each week. Due to the progressive nature of the class format, our specialty classes require that you register for the entire session.
Quality Instruction
Thrive teachers have gone through extensive training in a variety of yoga styles. Thrive teachers lead interesting group classes while keeping the individual experience a priority. Our teachers are experienced in hands-on adjustments of the biomechanics of postures and trust the student’s individual experience as yoga. Poses can look pretty but we also pay attention to the path of spirit-do they feel pretty-adding vitality to the whole being. Try classes with all of our instructors.
