Restorative Aerial Yoga focuses the mind inward as it floats the body through a series of gentle poses. Unlike a regular aerial class that places the hammock about hip height, Restorative Aerial places the hammock less than 10 inches off the ground. Each pose will be held for a few minutes to deeply open the entire spine, hips and connective tissues of the body. No flipping involved!
Class size is limited to 10 participants. At least 12 hours notice is required for cancellation of reservation without additional charge– $20 non-refundable drop-in is charged for all absences and late cancellations.
Move slowly and mindfully through yoga postures, breathing exercises, and awareness techniques. Integrating slow movements with your breath in the soft light of Himalayan salt lamps will relax and rejuvenate your body and soul. Class concludes with a nourishing candlelit final relaxation.
Explore fitness and life balance. Healthy muscles and joints require stretching. Deep stretching is warm and soothing. Class sequences include active repetitive movement and long held stretches with calming music. Breathing techniques to support action, stretching and deep relaxation are explored. Beginner guided meditation and active relaxation calm the nervous system and make this class delicious.
30 minutes of Hatha Yoga and 30 Minutes of Yoga Nidra.
In Hatha Yoga you will explore postures (asanas), breathing exercises and energy balance (pranayama). Instruction includes pose alignment, relaxation techniques, concentration, and meditation. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice to induce the alpha brain state or deep daydream state. Yoga Nidra has been shown to reduce tension and anxiety and restore the physical, emotional and mental body.. The state of Nidra is often said to be equivalent to four times as much deep, restorative sleep.
Let’s heat things up. This invigorating flow yoga class is practiced in a heated room (85 degrees) and set to a faster pace. Expect to sweat through unique flowing sequences and learn to stay self-aware and calm in the midst of challenge. Thrive Hot Vinyasa classes encourage fitness, strength and flexibility through precise alignment and postures practiced with breathing synchronicity.

A dynamic and challenging class designed for those who want to deepen their practice by exploring more advanced postures and methods of practice. Suited for those with a consistent yoga practice and free of serious injuries. Inversions, backbends and arm balances will be explored.
Vinyasa yoga sequences and core strengthening sets. Become more aware of how core strength supports a healthy spine, increases mobility and the feeling of being light. Sequences are designed for a deeper understanding of engaging the core; breathing deeper to support core strength and vitality; and gaining more abdomen and lower back strength and flexibility.
Great for students new to yoga with some experience in the basic postures (asana) and yogic breathing and experienced students with a regular practice who are comfortable with sequenced sets and are interested in integrating various yoga techniques for a deeper experience. Modifications and intermediate variations are offered.

Sequences will target connective tissue: specifically ligaments and tendons in the joints and spine. When lengthening these tissues and releasing energetic knots, we increase our range of motion. Muscles account for about 40% of the resistance against the body’s flexibility, while connective tissue accounts for about 50%. Students will receive one-on-one attention for modifications and prop positioning.

Deep, restful and releasing, Thrive Restorative Yoga and Thai Massage is designed to help each student release tension, stretch muscles, calm down, and detoxify. Using props, blankets, and bolsters, yoga postures and breathing exercises are sequenced to open your body slowly without resistance. The instructor will offer Thai Massage throughout the class to release points of tension in the body which block the natural flow of energy, and induces homeostasis, balance and harmony.
