Vinyasa Flow


Popular flowing style of yoga known for practicing deep breathing and increasing self-awareness and fitness. Students who like moving with their breath to build heat, strength and flexibility will favor vinyasa yoga. Expect unique sequences and a wide range of music.

Hot Vinyasa Flow (85 degrees)


Flow yoga in a heated room to increase heart rate and sweating.  The heated room helps open and stretch the tightest muscles.  Expect unique sequences and chill time.

Vinyasa & Core Strength


Vinyasa Flow Yoga and targeted core strengthening sets combine to stretch, build and maintain a variety of muscles from your pelvis to your shoulders. Using dynamic movement, breathing and repetitions, this class is perfect for students practicing arm balances and for cross training. Expect unique sequences and a wide range of music.

Hatha Yoga


A well-rounded yoga class exploring postures (asanas); breathing exercises and energy balance (pranayama).  Classes include training in: pose alignment; relaxation techniques; concentration, meditation. Expect to improve your overall sense of well-being.

Hatha and Restore


Mixed format class. Hatha yoga for all body types and fitness levels will warm the body as we pay attention to alignment and breathing cues. Then enjoy deep relaxation in restorative yoga postures designed to release tension, stretch muscles, calm down and detoxify from over stimulation in a fast-paced world. Using props, blankets, and bolsters, yoga postures and breathing exercises are sequenced to open your body slowly without resistance.

Hatha Yoga and Sutra Study


Deepen your practice and understanding of yoga. Class includes a short reading and discussion of The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the foundational text of yoga practice. Explore the dynamic and static aspects of postures (asanas); breathing exercises; and energy balance (pranayama).  Classes include training in: pose alignment; relaxation techniques; concentration and meditation. Expect to improve your overall sense of well-being.

Yin Yoga


Practice 8 to 10 poses to gain flexibility and cultivate patience.  Yin Yoga sequences target connective tissue, specifically ligaments and tendons in the joints and spine. When lengthening these tissues and releasing energetic knots, we increase our range of motion. Muscles account for about 40% of the resistance against the body’s flexibility, while connective tissue accounts for about 50%. Yin Yoga explores postures of stillness for promoting growth, clearing energetic blockages, and enhancing circulation. Students will receive one-on-one attention for modifications and prop positioning. Great as a therapeutic practice.

Pure Bliss-Restorative Yoga


Deep and restful, Thrive Restorative yoga is designed to help each student release tension, stretch muscles, calm down and detoxify from over stimulation in a fast-paced world. Using props, blankets, and bolsters, yoga postures and breathing exercises are sequenced to open your body slowly without resistance.  Just let it go!
